Shipping Information:

We usually ship orders on the same business day that you place your order. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. will usually ship that day. The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on the shipping method that you select.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We have a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. We do not charge a re-stocking fee, but you must pay for the return postage. You must contact us for a Return Material Authorication (RMA) number if you need to return the product. If you need to cancel your order, please do so on the same day; since we attempt to ship on the day you order, cancellations after the day you order may be too late.

Refunds are processed the week that we receive the product. Your credit card company may take a few days to post your refund on your credit card.
